“After my week acting for Peoples Light in PA, I put my writers hat back on when I was invited to a writers’ residency given last week by NY Stage and Film at the beautiful Marist College in Poughkeepsie. It was a wonderful week – working with other writers and actors. I wrote a piece that I’m thinking of adding to Mush Hole to lighten it up a bit. The week ended in presentations of several plays that had been workshopped last week – one musical based on a book (with some Broadway stars), one drama with humor, and a trip to Bard College for an art & performance installation. Reminded me of my days of going to Vermont and to Jacobs Pillow in Massachusetts.”
