Also performed improv and sketch comedy at the Upright Citizen’s Brigade and the NY Comedy Club. —Received eight acting awards for the lead role in my first short film “Hungry”, which I wrote, co-directed and produced, which was acquired by IndiePix Films in 2020 after 35 film festivals and 19 awards, and is streaming on several platforms -for links-  www.hungry.movie. My second multi-award-winning short film “A Chance” just screened at Cinema Diverse: The Palm Springs LGBTQ+ Film Festival, and will screen in October at NYLIFF, it’s 20th festival to date. —Toured internationally and nationally with alt-rock bands “Musiciens Sans Frontieres” and “Love Alien”. Songs I’ve co-written and sang on have been on commercial and college radio and in feature films “Copy Shop” and “The Incoherents”, and web-pilot “We Became The Enemy”, in which I played a performance artist/bike messenger/activist. —Also ran the Screenwriting Competition for the Socially Relevant Film Festival 5 years in a row, and directed the Screenwriting Finalists Staged Reading each year as well, before passing the torch last year.
