HE WUDNT have wanted what we DID, BUT we did it ANYWAY!

Per Sharlene: “A lovely, heartfelt, intimate afternoon of Remembering Barry, yesterday. We sat, stood, took turns telling personal stories of our “Barry Time”, toasting him after every story with Prosecco. We gathered on the large front lawn of his home in Blooming Grove NY.  There were 20 people in attendance, and a nice showing from PAGES. Rocco Spoon and Peggy Howard Chane took a lot of photos, and will also share, but I wanted to post this today. Also in attendance was Rosina Fernhoff, Michelle Macau, Sachi Parker,  Martin Pfefferkorn, Frank Bowman, our hosts Rick, who is emptying the property, and Pam, Barry’s long time critical care nurse pal, who took care of Barry in the end. Rain was predicted, but the sun was bright and warm… Barry was a loud and proud atheist, I couldn’t help thinking this was his way of saying, ‘Alright already, so I was wrong, it doesn’t make me a bad person!’ ”
